Where we ship

We ship to destinations throughout geographic Europe, subject to availability at checkout.

Shipping cost, insurance and tracking

Standard shipping is free throughout geographic Europe. Every shipment is insured and includes Track & Trace.

Dispatch

HorseLink is kept in stock. Orders placed before 19:00 Amsterdam time on business days are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 19:00, on weekends, or on Dutch public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. No express option is currently available.

Import charges outside the European Union

For destinations outside the European Union, local duties, import VAT, customs handling, or similar charges may apply. Unless checkout says otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery address and failed delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge the actual cost of re-shipping or deduct non-recoverable carrier charges from a refund.

Delays, loss or transit damage

If tracking does not update, the parcel is delayed, or the order arrives damaged, email info@qianluinternational.com with your order number. For visible transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos where possible.

Returns

HorseCircle offers 30-day returns from delivery under its Try-At-Home promise. The separate statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right remains unaffected. See the Return and Refund Policy for the process, conditions and refund timing.
